So what are Lip Tattoos? They are Printed Films mounted on card. First cut to the size of your lips, use water to soften and then remove from the card and apply to the lips. Great effect – leaves lipstick standing – will last to 2 to 3 days if required. Eating and Drinking can damage the effect. Each packet has 2 lips, so if you make a mistake the first time, you have a second chance.
